1. Patients must confirm all dental appointments 24 hours prior to an appointment or the appointment may be allocated for emergency patients on the day.

3. Take-home Whitening kit
4. Tooth mouse (2 weeks before actual treatment)

* An additional $50 is needed for the initial consultation.
