Terms and Conditions: 1. Patients must confirm all dental appointments 24 hours prior to an appointment or the appointment may be allocated for emergency patients on the day. 2. Only one discount (10% discount) is redeemable per patient. 3. Discount should only be up to the value of $50. 4. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 5. A minimum spend of $300 is required to avail this discount. 6. The discount must be used prior to the valid date indicated at the card. 7. Upon redeeming, patient must present the referral card at the clinic. 8. The new patient must redeem their voucher first so the existing patient can be eligible for discount.
