1. About This Policy

MS Dental Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers our website and our Cardiff, Fletcher and Mayfield clinics.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact details: name, address, phone, email
  • Health information: medical & dental history, treatment records, X-rays
  • Medicare and health-fund details for billing and claiming
  • Website usage data via forms and analytics

3. How We Use It

  • To provide and administer dental treatment
  • To process appointments, recalls and health-fund claims
  • To meet obligations under AHPRA and the Dental Board of Australia

4. Sensitive Health Information

Health records are sensitive information and handled with the highest care. They are stored securely and accessible only to treating clinicians and authorised staff.

5. Disclosure

We never sell your data. We may share information with referral providers, health funds and Medicare, and IT providers under confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.

6. Your Rights

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using msdental.com.au or attending any MS Dental clinic, you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time with notice posted here.

2. Appointments

  • Cancellation: please give at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Lateness: arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling.
  • Emergencies: same-day care at Fletcher is subject to availability and urgency.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Estimates are given before treatment; final costs may vary with clinical findings.
  • Payment is due on the day. Interest-free plans are available, subject to eligibility.
  • Medicare CDBS bulk billing applies for eligible children aged 2–17.

4. Health Fund Claims

We are a preferred provider for HCF, Westfund, CBHS and SMILE. Rebates are processed on the day via HICAPS. Your rebate depends on your level of cover; the gap payment is payable on the day.

5. Treatment Consent

All treatment proceeds only with your informed consent. You may ask questions, seek a second opinion or decline any procedure.
