1. Acceptance

By using msdental.com.au or attending any MS Dental clinic, you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time with notice posted here.

2. Appointments

• Cancellation: please give at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Lateness: arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling.
• Emergencies: same-day care at Fletcher is subject to availability and urgency.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Estimates are given before treatment; final costs may vary with clinical findings.
• Payment is due on the day. Interest-free plans are available, subject to eligibility.
• Medicare CDBS bulk billing applies for eligible children aged 2–17.

4. Health Fund Claims

We are a preferred provider for HCF, Westfund, CBHS and SMILE. Rebates are processed on the day via HICAPS. Your rebate depends on your level of cover; the gap payment is payable on the day.

5. Treatment Consent

All treatment proceeds only with your informed consent. You may ask questions, seek a second opinion or decline any procedure.
